SPECIAL MEETING
Monday – February 13, 2012, 6:30 P.M.
Auditorium of Memorial Town Hall
52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT
I. Convene Meeting; announcement of Zoning Commission members present: Jane Cable, Chairman, Jane Marsh, Secretary, John Johnson, Vice Chairman, Ted Kiritsis (alternate), Harland Frazier (alternate) and Ann Brown, Zoning Enforcement Officer. The meeting started at 6:35 p.m.
II. Guests present and invited to participate in discussion: Marc Cohen, Bonnie Reemsnyder, First Selectwoman, Mary Jo Nosal, Selectwoman, Stephen Dix, Water Resource Committee, Harold Thompson, Planning Commission Chairman
III. Marc Cohen let the discussion with respect to the completion of the study of the water resource inventory for the Town of Old Lyme. Presented an outline prepared for the Town of Old Lyme.
Chairman Cable stated that during the meeting those present made no decisions, took no votes, and no action was taken.
IV. Adjournment
A Motion was made by J. Johnson, seconded by J. Marsh, to adjourn the February 13, 2012 Special Meeting. No discussion; and a vote was taken. In favor: J. Cable, J. Marsh, J. Johnson, T. Kiritsis, H. Frazier Opposed: None. Abstaining: None. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 7: 23 p.m.
